Contact
Expect a reply within a few days. Questions about the app, requests for a copy, privacy requests and bug reports all go to the same address.
Reporting a problem
A report is much easier to act on when it includes:
- what you were doing — which platform, and whether it was a direct post or a draft;
- the status and the message shown on the queue entry;
- the relevant lines from the app's log tab;
- your Windows version.
data folder or screenshots of the Accounts
tab. They contain access tokens and API keys, which are enough to post to your accounts. The log
tab and the queue entry are safe to share.
Removing your data
Everything ClipJet stores sits on your own computer, so removal is in your hands:
- Disconnecting an account in the app deletes its tokens from disk.
- Deleting the app's
datafolder removes the queue, the settings and the log. - Access can also be revoked from the platform side — on TikTok under Security and permissions → Manage app permissions, and in your Google account under third-party access.
Because there is no server, there is no account of yours for us to delete and nothing to export. The Privacy Policy describes exactly what is kept and where.
Platform rules
Publishing through ClipJet is still publishing on TikTok and YouTube, and their rules apply in full. The app will not help with anything those rules prohibit — posting content you do not own, posting to accounts that are not yours, or automated bulk posting.
