1. What ClipJet is

ClipJet ("the app") is a free Windows desktop application that lets its user schedule and publish their own short videos to their own accounts on TikTok and YouTube. The app is installed and run by the user on the user's own computer. There is no ClipJet server, no hosted service and no account with us.

2. Accepting these terms

By installing or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

3. Your account and your content

You connect your own TikTok and Google/YouTube accounts to the app through the official login pages of those platforms. You keep full control of those accounts and you may disconnect them at any time from inside the app or from the platform's own settings.

All videos, titles, descriptions and hashtags handled by the app are yours. We do not own, review, store, host or redistribute them. You are solely responsible for what you publish and for having the rights to publish it.

4. Platform rules

When you publish through the app you are publishing on TikTok and YouTube, and the rules of those platforms apply in full — including the TikTok Community Guidelines, the TikTok Terms of Service and the YouTube Terms of Service. Using the app does not exempt you from them. You agree not to use the app to post content you do not have the rights to, to post on accounts that are not yours, or to attempt automated bulk posting or any other behaviour those platforms prohibit.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to modify the app in order to bypass platform limits, not to use it to impersonate anyone, and not to use it for spam or for any unlawful purpose.

6. Availability and changes

The app depends on third-party APIs that may change, be rate-limited or become unavailable without notice. Features may stop working for reasons outside our control. The app may be updated or discontinued at any time.

7. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. There is no promise that a scheduled post will be published, that it will be published on time, or that the app is free of errors.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author of the app is not liable for any damages, losses, missed posts, removed videos, account restrictions or lost revenue arising from the use of the app.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by disconnecting your accounts and deleting the app and its data folder.
